Tagliatelle with white truffle

Surprise all your guests with this easy and quick recipe!


For 4 persons:


• 500g of white truffle tagliatelle


• 1/2 cup of unsalted butter


• 1/2 cup of freshly grated parmigiano reggiano cheese


• 1 cup of heavy cream


Salt and freshly ground pepper


• 1 white truffle +/- 50g





1. Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water. Drain.


2. Meanwhile, in a large saucepan big enough to hold the cooked pasta easily, melt the butter.


3. Stir in the cheese and cream. Add the cooked pasta, toss well and sprinkle with salt and pepper.


4. Put into a serving dish and grate the truffle over the pasta or serve the truffle at the table allowing each guest to help himself. Serve additional cheese in a small bowl.
