Organic chicken breast Tandoori style

Try this simple, healthy and tasty recipe inspired by the famous Indian spices.


For 4 persons :

  • 4 organic chicken breast
  • 2 tbsp of Tandoori spices blend
  • 3 plain yogurts
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tbsp of extra virigin olive oil
  • 1 small piece of fresh ginger
  • 2 lime
  • Sping onions
  • Fresh coriander
  • Salt



1- Peel off the garlic cloves and reduce them into puree. Repeat the same procedure with fresh ginger.


2- Mix 2 yogurts with olive oil, garlic and minced ginger, the Tandoori blend and 1 & 1/2 lime juice. Salt, add the organic chiken dice, mix again and let the preparation marinate the whole night in the chiller. 


3- The next day, preheat the oven at 220 C.


4- Line a tray with foil and place the chicken breast on it. Bake for 20 minutes, then slather on Marinade very generously, turn the chicken and slather Marinade on the other side.


5- Make the yogurt sauce using 1 plain yogurt, 1/2 lime juice, a bit of salt and pepper and finely chopped spring onions.


6- Serve with a green salad or plain rice, accompanied with the yogurt sauce and fresh leaves of coriander.
