Easy recipe for a fun crepe party !

A simple and irresistible recipe to celebrate the Chandeleur !

Ingredients

For 6 persons
 
  • 250g of flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 litre of milk
  • 1 pinch of fleur de sel
  • 2 bags of vanilla sugar or 2 vanilla pods
  • 1 tablespoon of white sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of orange blossom water

 

 

Method

 


1- In a large bowl, whisk together flour and eggs. 

2- Make a well in the center and gradually add the white sugar, the vanilla sugar/vanilla pods and a pinch of salt. Mix until smooth.


2- Add the milk while whisking the batter to avoid the formation of lumps. Finally add the orange blossom water.


3- Let it rest for 30mn in your fridge. 


4- Place a knob of butter in a frying pan over medium heat. Pour a ladle of batter in the pan. Rotate the pan to spread the batter as thinly as possible.


5- Brown the first side for 2-3 minutes and the second one for 1-2 minutes. 


6- Serve hot and enjoy with a delicious spread.
